pour 2007
The poster schedule, author
index and full abstracts for the
upcoming conference are posted as PDF files.
To find your poster number, check the author index first (Presenting
authors are in bold).
Then locate your poster in the daily schedule.
Note that posters to be presented in Poster Session I on
Friday July 6th may be mounted on the poster boards as of Thursday
July 5th between the hours of 10:00am and 10:00pm, and should be
removed before 10:00pm on Friday evening of July 6th.
Posters to be presented in Poster Session II on
Saturday July 7th may be mounted between the hours of 8:30pm-10:30pm
of Friday July 6th or 7:00am-9:00am on Saturday July 7th, and should
be removed between 8:00pm-10:00pm on Saturday July 7th.
The poster boards are 8’ x 4’ in size and posters can
be mounted using either pins or Velcro. Please bring your own supplies
to mount your poster.
Prizes for the best posters will be presented at the McGill
Faculty Club on Sunday July 8th at the Banquet & Awards Presentation
Dinner located at 3450 McTavish Street.
If you are selected as one of the winners, you will be invited
to join us at the Gala Banquet to receive your award. This invitation
will be free of charge. You will be contacted prior to Sunday’s
Gala either by phone, email or by checking the message board at
the registration desk of the conference on Sunday.
