General Information for Registration, Abstract Submission and Accommodation
There are three steps required in order to attend this Meeting
1. Registration
Registration
Registration deadline is May 15, 2009.
Click the Registration link in the left menu bar to go to the Registration page.
Here you will be given the option to register as a non-CSBMCB member, student/PDF or day delegate. You will also be given the option to join the CSBMCB and receive the reduced Registration fee.
If you are a CSBMCB member (regular, student/PDF, emeritus), you will be asked to login in order to Register and receive the reduced Registration fee. You will not need to provide your contact information as it is already in our database (please update your Profile if this information has changed!)
Note: If your membership dues are outstanding, you will be required to pay your dues before Registration.
You can also sign up for social programs scheduled for free afternoons.
Upon submitting your Registration, you will have the option of paying by credit card using our secure online system, or by cheque/money order. If you pay by credit card, upon online approval of payment, you will receive immediate instructions for Abstract submission. If you pay by cheque/money order, you will receive Abstract submission instructions by e-mail once payment is received.
Abstract Submission
Abstract submission deadline is May 15, 2009.
You must Register and pay the Registration fee before you can submit an Abstract.
Upon our receipt of the Registration fee, you will receive login information in order to submit an Abstract (immediate if paying by credit card, or by e-mail once we receive payment by cheque/money order).
Abstract submission is not required in order to attend this Meeting but it is required if you are an invited Speaker or you wish to present a poster.
Following Abstract submission, you can login at a later date and edit your Abstract up to the closing date for Abstract submission.
Accommodation
Accommodations deadline is May 15, 2009.
Click the Accommodations link in the left menu bar to go to the Accommodations page.
You must book your accommodations with the White Oaks Conference Centre and Spa directly through their online site. Day delegates who are not planning an overnight stay must choose the Day Guest meal package at White Oaks.
Your Registration is not complete until we have received confirmation of your Registration and your accommodations booking.
