The Whistler Conference Centre is the location of the conference (meeting only) and is located within the Whistler Village which offers excellent shops, restaurants, accommodations, and of course, world-renowned skiing. Sessions are held in the morning and evening, with afternoons left free to participate in other activities.
The Resort of Whistler boasts a pedestrian walking village, meaning that there are limited access points by vehicle. There is also a free Village Shuttle with stops in Whistler Village, Village North, Upper Village and the Benchlands. If renting a car please be aware that most properties charge parking fees. Parking near the perimeter of the village is paid or meter with a limit of 3 hours. Free unlimited parking is in the day skier lots resulting in a 5-10 minute walk from the lot to the main thoroughfare of the village. Some parking is available around the Conference Center. Fees may apply.
The Whistler Conference Center is within walking distance of the Aava Whistler Hotel which is offering CSMB attendees and guests preferred rates.

There are three room types for which the rate is valid, deluxe queen queen, deluxe king and deluxe queen sofa bed. The rates will be offered three days pre and post scheduled dates if guests would like to extend their stay. Directions to the Aava Whistler Hotel
1. Once you reach Whistler Village, turn right heading to Village Gate Boulevard. This is the fifth set of traffic lights from Function Junction at the south end of Whistler. (Function Junction to Village Gate Boulevard is approximately 15 minutes).
2. At the next lights, turn right to Whistler Way. Follow Whistler Way around to the right until you reach the Aava Whistler Hotel on your right at 4005 Whistler Way, just past the Whistler Golf Club.
